Stimulate tired, aching legs with this brightening leg and foot treatment. The treatment commences with dry body brushing to remove surface dead skin cells, increases circulation and encourages lymphatic drainage to help in reducing inflammation. Your legs and feet will then be exfoliated with a salt and seaweed scrub to thoroughly exfoliate these areas with their detoxifying and purifying properties. Detox stomach treatment - 45 mins

This effective abdomen massage treatment can act as a natural colonic by stimulating the digestive system and helps ease digestive discomfort such as IBS, bloating and discomfort. Texture and tone of the skin is improved, and the massage techniques assist in the breakdown of fatty deposits. It also helps with the elimination of toxins from the system. Comprises of body brushing the abdomen and legs, followed by the treatment to the abdomen which is exfoliation, deep massage moves, mask to the area, then a lymphatic drainage massage to the legs to further aid detoxification. This treatment is for women only due to the area being treated.

Hot stones massage
Hot stones massage uses heated basalt stones to give immediate relaxation. Let the heat from the stones relax and relieve tight muscles and knots. The massage will feel lighter than a traditional treatment however the benefits are felt upto 4 times deeper.

Pregnancy massage 12 weeks +
Take a moment to look after yourself whilst carrying your precious bundle. Allow tensions to be eased away during a pregnancy massage. Your growing bump will be supported through the treatment to ensure you are comfortable throughout. Treatment cannot be received during the first trimester.

Your therapist will use a technique called palm healing where a universal energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client to encourage emotional and physical healing. The treatment starts with a chakra balance, 5 minute meditation then the reiki healing. Reiki is not a massage treatment, your therapist will place their hands lightly on the body to help your energy flow.
